Firm consistency and rich in fibre

Bayo parboiled long-grain rice is an Indica type grown in the European Union. This long-grain rice is subjected to process in a high pressure cooker where the adequate degree of jellification of the grain’s starch is obtained. The resulting product, the parboiled rice, has a firm consistency and a characteristic golden colour. It is rich in fibre and minerals, when cooked it is always loose and full grained and neither overcooks nor sticks.

Cooking time is 18 minutes.
