Brown Rice

Rich in vitamin B

This rice, which is grown, produced and packaged in the Ebro Delta. It is a medium rice grain from which only the outer hull is removed. The fibre and nutrient-dense bran layers cover the white inner part of the grain. These bran layers have a light brown colour, and contribute a subtle nut-like taste and somewhat chewy texture. Its differential trait is the retention of some of the bran oil, thus making it rich in nutritional substances such as vitamin B. It also features fibre and minerals.

Cooking time is longer: approximately 40 minutes.
