BAYO Bomba round grain rice is a variety of rice cultivated in the Ebro Delta. Its grains are round, short, consistent and pearly. Its quality is EXTRA, the best on the market, as it contains a minimum of 96% whole grains. BAYO round grain rice has a Protected Geographical Indication from the European Community and a Q for Food Quality from the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Regional Government).

Characteristics
The goodness and quality of this variety of rice make it ideal for home-made cooking, as the amount of water or broth, the temperature and the cooking time can be adjusted as required, in order to achieve the perfect combination.
