Bayo rice flour is made from finely milled rice. It is ideal for any kind of coating and baking, to make different doughs or to thicken any sauce. Rice flour is particularly a good substitute for wheat flour for those who are gluten intolerant. It is also more healthy than our flour as it adsorbs 20% less oil in fried dishes .
