Great absorption capacity

Bayo Extra rice comprises varieties Bahía type grown in the Ebro Delta and recognised for their quality and unique taste. This rice has Designation of Origin and Q for Food Quality status. Its most outstanding feature is its great capacity to absorb the taste of the broth and/or the ingredients. It is considered the best rice for paellas together with the Bomba rice.

Cooking time is 16 minutes for rice cooked in broth and 18 minutes for dry rice.
