Organic rice is grown using only natural methods. This type of rice is grown and processed without the use of any synthetic chemicals and fertilizers that help to maintain the balance of the Ebro Delta Natural Park. Farms growing organic products must undergo an annual certification inspection by the national/local health authorities.
The Medium grain rice appearance of this rice and its taste make it ideal for all kinds of dishes. It has been awarded the seal of the Catalan Council for Organic Agricultural Production, which is a guarantee of healthy, natural food.
Cooking time is 16 minutes for rice in stock and 18 minutes for dry rice.
